Team Delirium is a European/North American team.
History
The original Delirium team name was founded by Smurfy (@SmurfyJCK) in 2017 on Battle Royale title H1Z1. After one of Europes best players attended DreamHack ATL representing Delirium, the team was put on pause, as H1Z1 started to decline and the games future wasn't looking promising.
Fastforward to 2019, Smurfy revived the Delirium brand and alongside his close friend Ghoul (@GhoulND), they took it to Fortnite with Ghoul leading the way. At the time, Ghoul handled the majority of team operations in the Fortnite space and to date is one of the primary reasons for Delirium's success in Fortnite. Other staff members who also joined Delirium at a later stage, Liquid and Site offered great efforts to the brand and are also responsible for much of it's success.
2020 saw Smurfy take Delirium into Call of Duty: Warzone recruiting arguably one of the best teams in Europe, who to date won a $75,000 Twitch Rivals tournament under the brand and placed 2nd in the $300,000 World Series. Ghoul later explored the Call of Duty content creation side of YouTube and Delirium forged it's own content team alongside having a competitive Warzone presence which made for further growth of the Delirium brand.
Delirium ended it's Fortnite division in January of 2022, due to the departure of Ghoul, Liquid and Site from the brand. This left Delirium to it's original co-founder, Smurfy. Delirium now operates in other areas of gaming and content creation such as Call of Duty and Valorant.
